事情是这样的，有个欧洲客户，应该是大客户，每月需要6-8个40尺高柜，我们谈的很好，前段时间他来中国参加广交会，我们厂他也顺便来了。然后又给我一些产品的尺寸，后来他都没怎么搭理我。我算了很久，把CIF报价给他了，终于他和我说，我们的价格很好，但是他需要一个更大的供应商，他需要保证产品的质量和交货期。我们是一个小厂，规模是不大，以前都是接贸易公司的单子，现在刚开始做外贸。我应该怎样给那个客户写信呢？我们厂曾经和沃尔玛之类的大公司合作过，产品质量请绝对放心。最好信里涉及到我们硕士以上技术人员2个，有专门的质量把关人员，还有产品质量和交货是信誉问题，我们会尽一切努力配合他。虽然我们目前还是个小厂，但是正因为这样，我们更需要大公司的支持，缺少了你们的支持，我们将永远是个小厂。请给我们一次机会，也给他们一次机会。对了，我们厂最近会造新的工厂，产能会是现在的两倍。

I would like to take this opportunity to describe a little bit more about our factory. We were established in xxxx and we have more than xxxx years in the industry. We started with dealing with buying offices and just started doing exports directly.
