请问the cheap chinese version的意思

What I wanna say by that is that every file has a differnet extension. The first is an Office 2003 file, the second an Office 2007 file and the third a PDF file. In the 2003 version some objects are in strange and wrong positions, for the reason I converted the 2007 version into a 2003 version and Microsoft isnt good in doing thongs like that. We maybe should use the cheap chinese version :P
