今天20:30,1602房客人因为房门钥匙失效无法打开房门,客人打电话到前台投诉,前台服务员已提醒客人不要将手机与房门钥匙放在一起,由于客人在昨天刚刚换的新钥匙所以客人非常生气,GRM接到电话后马上为客人将钥匙送到16层,向客人表示歉意并答应客人送一个果盘到房间,随后GRM将果盘送到客人房间客人并不接受,客人希望这样的事情不要再发生了。
在此客人之前每天都会有大量客人到前台重新做房间钥匙,并对酒店的房门钥匙表示非常不满意。

At 20:30 this evening, the guest in Room 1602 phoned the Front Desk to complain about the fact that he/she couldn't open his/her door because of the malfunction of the room key. The Front Desk staff reminded the guest not to put the room key with his/her cell phone. But the guest was very angry since he/she just had the key changed yesterday.
