我已经找到了一个学生社团来承办这次讲座。他们会负责借场地，并在相关专业同学中进行宣传，希望能有更多的人来参加。
我们学校的化学系、物理系、电子系等相关专业都在新校区，那里是郊区，离市中心较远，交通不太方便。
11月14号中午1点到2点多数同学都要上课，不能过来听讲座，这个时间不合适。最好可以安排在下午3点以后。
我校同学不经常上BBS，只在BBS上作宣传效果不好，最好还是能通过海报宣传。
附件是我们学校另一个活动的海报，供您参考，如果贵校的上海巡讲有统一样式的海报更好，请发给我，我稍作改动让负责的同学去打印。
承办过程中可能需要一些经费开销，主要是场地、宣传、和电话费，请问您是否有这笔预算？

i have found a student association to undertake this speech.they will be responsible for renting field and publicizing among the relative major students for having more ones to attend.
the chemistry,physics and electronics department etc in my school are in new campus where is suburb far from downtown.but the traffic is difficult.
most of the students won't attend the speech ,because they want to attend class at 1-2 pm.on 14 november.so the time is not good.we'd better make the speech after the 3 pm .
maybe the effect won't be good for publicizing in BBC website only,because the students in my school are not often click the BBS website.it can be publicized with poster.
the belonging is another activity poster for referrence.if you had the uniform poster for speech in shanghai,please send it me.I can mend and print it.
it need some expenses in the course of understaking.the expenses mainly contain the field, publicizeing and t
