不是 ，主要考查比较级表达最高级意思的用法。这里not be happier 是比较级“不能更高兴了”也就是说最高兴，很高兴的意思。全句意思是。对于我没有放弃我的梦想这个决定，我十分高兴（再高兴不过了）
