Windows Vista Home Premium 有办法正常显示中文吗？（如见和文档）

在国外买了台比较本，安装的是Windows Vista Home Premium 英文版，在language and region 里面修改了chinese(rpc),可以打中文，但是一些中文的软件和文档显示还是乱码，MUI 也不能装，我现在不求能改成中文系统，就只想能够正常地显示中文，那位朋友有办法吗？

跟着我做：

START→CONTROL PANEL→REGIONAL AND LANGUEGE→（在上面有4个选项：formats,location,keyboard and langueges,administrative)

formats→选chinese(simpIified chinese PRC)

locations→选china

keyboard and langueges→选chinese(simpIified chinese PRC

administrative→选click→（change system local)→选chinese(simpIified chinese PRC)

然后 click O K ! 跟着重新启动电脑，，，so easy!!!

我以前用英文版的xp试过，是可以的，
Vista应该也可以，设置菜单可能有点不同
