判断主句时态是看could 还是tell？
2怎样判断主句从句？

宾语从句的时态注意三点：1。若主句是现在时间，从句可以根据需要选用合适的时间即可。2。若主句是过去时间，一般从句要用相应的过去时间。3。若从句是真实事件或格言真理等，亦可使用一般现在时。
如：He will say that he didn't go there yesterday.
He will say he is going to buy a new car tomorrow.
He said that he would go there the next day.
He told us that he had finished his work.
He said that one hand washes the other.

这句话用在现在和过去都是可以的，看不出时态。

could其实是表示礼貌的问话方式，CAN就不那么礼貌了。
