In 1952,only 76yuan per person. and in the following 30 years, the everage consumption increase to twice. since the reform and opening up policies are exceriesed from 1978, this level increase quickly.and in the next 7 years, it reach to twice in the original level. from 1985 to 1990,this level increase stably. In the early time of 1990, the everage consumption increase more quickly due to the macro-control of economic and Deng Xiaoping's comment on his tour to South China。 From 1985 to 1993, this increase two times ,and until 1993,the everage consumption number was up to more than 1148 yuan
