I have already set up as a video conferencing room 205 of the conference room, but the room needed for mobile video equipment. I would like to ask whether I would also like to inform the other departments in Shanghai?

i have order #205 room to hold a video meeting, however this room is lack of portable video device. by the way i wonder if i have to inform the department in Shanghai.
