100分求助英语翻译问题

拜求高人指点，（引号内为需要翻译的内容）
1、“热烈庆祝英国A小学与中国B小学结为国际联谊校”
2、要举行个欢迎仪式，仪式名称为：“英国某某小学校长莅临B小学交流访问欢迎仪式”
3、仪式中有个环节，“请少先队员代表向客人献花！”如何翻译？
前两句要印到布标上的，怕翻译错了闹笑话，还望高人指点。
多谢！关于第三句话，不想用the young pioneers这个词，能不能简单说成pupils,另外，英语中好像不使用Welcome sb to do sth，能换个句型吗
