价格及支付
4.1 价格
4.1.1 “合同设备”总价为人民币 万元（ 整人民币），详细分项价格见附表1。本合同设备总价为不变总价。
4.1.2 “合同设备”价格的组成包括：设备设计费.制造费.设备出厂前预装费.涂漆包装费.配套件费.技术资料费.设备运达“合同工厂”现场的运保费，现场服务费以及国家规定的应交税款等各项费用。
4.2 支付
4.2.1 合同签订后20个工作日内，买方向卖方支付合同总价的10%，计人民币 万元（ 整人民币）作为合同预付款。
4.2.2 在设备基本设计审查结束后15个工作日内，买方向卖方支付合同总价的10%，计人民币 万元人民币（ 整人民币）。
