可是为什么用doing
第一题：should have done 是表示本该做但是没有做，所以这里用的是否定形式，也就是说，他本不该被允许进来的。
第二题：这里could have done的否定形式只是表示推测。
第三题：regret to do 是指遗憾没有做过的事情，regret doing是指遗憾做过的事情，从题目来看，Joel肯定已经高所过了Jennifer，所以要用doing。
1.should (not) have done 表示本该做（但实际没有做）不过这题好像有点问题，应该是should not have been allowed to attend,要用被动式啊
2.can't和couldn't都是否定推测，后者语气稍弱
3.regret to do指未做的事，regret doing指已做的事，此处Joel已经告诉过了
