Recently there is no denying fact that most of office work depends on computers. Thereby employees can work at home instead of going to office. Some people claim that this kind of work style is beneficial to employees but not to employers. As far as I am concerned, it is good for both of them, for the following reasons.
On one hand, this modern work style releases employees from the high tension work place. They will feel much more comfortable to work at their sweet home.
