不能登陆MSN显示错误代码80048820是怎么回事？

我在5月8日晚登陆MSN时显示错误代码80048820在世无法登陆，连续四天都这样，昨天早上登陆时能正常登陆了。今天上午也正常，可到了下午却又无法登陆了也不能打开hotmail网站。在别的电脑上能登陆。真奇怪，不知是什么原因？具体该怎么操作？清高手指点，谢谢！本人已作下列操作都无济于事：重新卸载并安装了（7.5版本的）；系统还原；一键修复IE；调整时间；确认没有自定代理服务器；在防火墙的例外。
