所有的exe文件都运行不了

我杀完毒后，所有的exe文件都运行不了，提示“找不到文件“C：\######（或它的组件之一）。请确定路径和文件名是否正确，而且所需的库文件均可用”，请各位高手帮帮忙啊
我用的是2000系统

1、将cmd.exe改为cmd.com（cmd在%SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe)
2、双击cmd.com
3、在命令提示符下输入：notepad.exe
4、将如下内容粘贴到记事本
