摘要：
信息技术的日益普及，不但改变了人们的生活方式、学习方式和工作方式，也改变了人们的思维方式。在整个社会信息化进程越来越快的今天，人们意识到，掌握信息的技能主要靠教育机构来完成。随着人类对知识需求的日益急切，要求学校必须采取新的教育手段来满足知识增长的需要。作为现代学校公共服务体系的重要组成部分，校园信息化建设已成为学校最重要的基础设施。本文提出了校园信息化建设的指导原则和总体目标，并给出了校园信息化建设的分阶段实施方案，以期对进一步的校园信息化建设提供参考。

A Research to Campus Info-System Constructing

Abstract:
The popularization of information technology has changed our working style, studying style, life style and even our style of thinking. As well as the info-society construcion speeding up, people are getting more and more awearness of the function of educational organization in info-tech teaching. New teaching methods are neccessary for universities to satisfy the need of knowledge. Campus Info-System, as a important proportion of public service in mordern campus, are becoming more and more important. This paper bring up the fundamental and main goal of campus info-system constructing and advanced to its grading blue print. May it be considerable.
