中小企业如何发展电子商务
摘要：随着互联网技术的迅猛发展,在市场经济下企业交易逐渐趋向多元化,并且随着客观经济环境的变化,企业开展电子商务势在必行。然而，就现阶段我国实施电子商务中仍面临很多需要解决的问题和困难。如：人才短缺问题，信息传递问题，企业组织结构问题，领导、员工观念问题等等。本文针对我国中小型企业的管理模式、人才培养及企业的软硬件设施完善等方面，对我国中小企业如何开展电子商务及其电子商务对中小企业带来的作用分别进行阐述。

abstract
With the rapid development of internet technology, it is imperative to achieve the diversifying enterprise business under Market Economy can change itself via external Economic conditions and enterprise Electronic Commerce. However, at present, to carry E-commerce faces lots of iusses to solve. Such as talent lacking, information transfer, enterprise organization architecture and employee and leaders' conception. This paper aims at the management model of small and medium enterprise, talents training and perfecting software and hardware facilities of enterprise to expatiate on how to deploy E-commerce in small and medium enterprise and its effect.
