该系统是嘉乐广场部门来设计的小型管理系统，它能够使员工的信息、设备的信息和员工的日志信息便于管理，还可以方便的查询到部门需要的一些帮助信息。
本系统是一个小型的软件系统，用access＋vb实现，由于部门员工人数不是很多，所以比较适合用小型的数据库access实现；技术上用vb进行开发。按管理方式系统可分为员工信息管理，设备信息管理，员工日志管理，多媒体演示几个模块，在以下各章节中将会分别介绍。
