c#中不能使用System.Windows.Media

请问大家一下。为什么我的c#中不能使用System.Windows.Media。
打 using System.Windows.Media; Media下会划蓝线。

说错误 命名空间“System.Windows”中不存在类型或命名空间名称“Meida”(是缺少程序集引用吗?)

我已经是完全安装了。怎么会这样？？？
