亲爱的Mr.White和Mrs.Rose：

很抱歉打扰百忙之中的您，在昨天早晨我去上班的时候突然接到Andy告知我即时停止上班并去办公室结算工资，下午三点Lily交给我一份以鼓动同事罢工闹事不服从工作安排等为由的辞退通知，当我向她询问时她拒绝做任何解释。
通知文件上所列举的辞退理由完全是一种污蔑行为，是没有任何事实依据的，是经不起调查考证的！作为一个职位低微的初级验货员我并没有号召力，有人出来草拟联合签名我没有，有人和Andy激烈争吵我没有，我不知道为什么Lily和Andy把这个罪名强加到我的头上。在公司工作三年多以来，我被三次加薪，没有请过一天事假病假，这足以证明我工作认真勤奋，服从安排。在珠海团队即将解散时受到这种不符合事实的污蔑，我感到非常的悲愤。
我恳求您对这件事进行切实的调查考证，了解事实真相后再作出公正的答复。

Thank you in advance for your time and attention.I was told to stop working immediately and go to the offic for my wages by Andy
yesterday morning when I just arrived the workplace. At 3.pm, Lily handed me a notice to fire me ,for the reasons I had agitated for a strike and disobeyed the job placement etc.When I ask for the explanation，she refused.

All the reasons listed on the notice are totally defamatory and without any fact to base on.They will not bear a closer scrutiny inquiry .
