论文：关于青年教师师德建设之几点意见

【摘要】在人们的印象中教师过着清贫的生活，穿着朴素，知识渊博品质高尚，无私的奉献着自己的一切，被喻为是人类灵魂的工程师，在庞大的教师中青年教师更是承载着教育的未来与希望，在教育环节中我认为抓好青年教师的师德建设，是重中之重。
