The Tenderer shall include in his Tender for the whole of the Supply specified to be provided.
The Tenderer shall not alter the Tender Documents save for their completion and will be deemed to comply entirely with the terms stated. If any alteration is made or if these Instructions are not fully complied with, the Tender may be rejected. The Tenderer shall use the controlled copy of the Tender Documents for his tender submission.
The Employer confirms that the sum included in the Form of Tender will represent the Tenderers offer and the Employer reserves the right to correct arithmetical errors in the Schedules of Prices that do not conform with the sum in the Form of Tender. Such corrections shall be agreed in writing with the Tenderer before acceptance of his Tender.
The Tenderer will be deemed to have satisfied himself as to the sufficiency of his Tender and to have included therein all incidental and contingent expenses relating to the Supply.

投标人不应为了挽救中标而改动投标文件，而且被认为是完全遵守所述的条款。如有任何改动，或者如果没完全遵守招标规定的内容，则该投标可能被撤消。投标人应当呈递标书的正式副本。
标主（招标主人）确认投标表格中所含的总价，这将代表投标人的报价，而标主保留权力去纠正不符合投标表格中总价的价格清单内的计算错误。这些纠正必须在接受中标之前，以书面形式得到投标人的同意。
投标人将被认为是自己已经满足，因为对其投标是满意的；而且包括在其中伴随的和可能发生的与供货有关的全部费用。
（译注-本人在美国和别国做过多次投标，标书的英文是非常严格的，不是随便翻译就可以的；不理解，会带来经济损失）
