开机后会出现下面提示：

可能是驱动出错，或病毒破坏系统文件，建议重装系统
硬盘有坏道了
一般来说都是从软件下手 如果有备份先还原一下试试没有就做系统。最后才选择去电脑城查硬件 这个麻烦又花钱呵呵
