从开始到结束,我参加了这个项目的大部分工作。包括用CAD设计盘柜布置图,面板开孔图,原理图;上位

机组态,以及触摸屏画面的制作;现场安装,调试。

在这个项目中,我们遇到了一个关于网络的问题。PROFIBUS DP网经常出现网络连接不稳定的现象。上位机监控系统读不到工作站。首先考虑PROFIBUS DP屏蔽及接地问题;其次可能会因为通讯线路过长。我们采取以下措施:降低网速,检查了所有DP连接器的接线,计算机重新安装系统以及监控软件,问题依旧存在。最后通过一端等电位接地,将profibus总线一端的屏蔽层接地,使得问题得以解决。Equipotential bonding等电位连接能够对意外的线路过载、短路进行有效的安全保护,更重要的是通过等电位连接来抑制电位差达到消除电磁干扰的目的。

In this project, we have come across one's problem about network. The frequent PROFIBUS DP net turn up network links the unsteady phenomenon. Supervisory control system reads superordination machine less than the workstation. Consider the PROFIBUS DP shield and the ground connection problem first; May will be too long because of the communication line secondly. We adopt the following measure: Connection reducing net speed , the connector having examined all DP, the computer assembles system again and monitors the software , the problem still existence. The at last passes one end equal potential ground connection , the feasible problem is managed to solve profibus highway on
