not only...but also引导的句子,前半部分倒装,but also则是正常世态和语序.
not only...后加的句子,要把主语的谓语动词,或助动词提前放到not only 的后面. 如:

Not only can he speek Chinese, but also he can speeks English.
不仅他能讲汉语，而且他能讲英语。
