包回来的快ping的就块第二个31毫秒所以快，
而且第一个存在丢包，不稳定！
第二个服务器是0%loss 没有丢包

第一个应该是网通，第二个为电信。因为网通PING的第一个快。

time=31ms 是时间越短越好，
