内容摘要:开关电源一直朝着高频、高可靠性、低功耗、低噪声的方向发展。随着3C(通信、消费类电子、计算机)的融合,终端产品在功耗密度和衍生电路的复杂性显著增加,要求的电源电压越来越低,电流越来越大,瞬态性能指标越来越高,低电压大电流开关电源占据的市场份额也越来越大。另外,对开关电源的转换效率也提出更高要求,开关电源的节能绿色化已是大势所趋。但目前低电压大电流电源的设计受制于整流管的压降,为了解决这个问题,提高电源效率,本文对低电压大电流高效电源进行了研究。
首先,本文简要介绍了开关电源的基本原理及其拓扑结构。然后分析了软开关和同步整流技术的应用现状,提出了一种将准谐振和同步整流技术应用于低电压大电流反激变换器的设计方案,既减少了电磁辐射,提高了电源效率,又保留了反激变换器所固有的成本低廉、结构简单、易实现多路输出等优点。
