摘要

人力资源系统中的招聘发挥着一个重要功能----补充企业新鲜血液，使企业产生良性循环的重要保证，招聘是人力资源管理的一扇窗口，它不但起着“推销”企业的作用，并且其结果影响着组织人才输入的质量、人才的流动和人力资源管理的费用。本文通过对中外企业招聘的归纳总结，发现和完善我国招聘中的漏洞，并予以调整，将人才的招聘作用发挥于实际。
