The 2008 world-wide finantial crisis is arised from subprime mortage crisis in Ameria. However, there is also opportunity in the crisis. It creates a very good chance for mergers between enterprises. This article takes the fact that Commercial Bank of China merge Seng Heng Bank Limited (Macao) and Standard Bank (South Africa)as an example and makes an analysis on its merger reason and process. It also analyises the influnces to China's finantial field.
