你有没有什么要求，自己有什么优势什么的说清楚啊

1. 公司名
2. 经营范围
3. 被邀请人姓名和职务
4. 有效地址和邮编
5. 联系电话

上面要你自己补齐，应该没问题吧？写成这样就OK了，剩下的事就是等着收邀请函吧

(这种信不要写太长，否则会让对方觉得是有意掩盖什么或者骗取邀请函搞偷渡，表明身份和态度即可。我一般都是这样写，没有失手
