结果是：人们喝了这样的牛奶就有可能生病，并且很严重。salesman说谎话，推销出了牛奶，可是，却失去了诚信，以后就不会有人来买他的东西。
在我看来，诚信是一个人的基本准则，每个人都应该诚实守信，俗话说，诚实是金。

In the photograph, I can see that , a salesman promotes sales of milk in course of , that he criticizes this is fresh milk, but that we can see milk on secondary bottle is overdue
Result is: People has drunk such milk being in the cards falling ill for right away, and very grave. The salesman has told a lie , has promoted sales of out milk, but, have lost sincere message but , cannot only be capable to do the thing coming to buy him somebody hereafter.
From my point of view, the sincere message is one personal fundamental criterion, everyone ought to honesty and trustworthiness, as the saying goes, honest be a gold.
