两个过去完成时怎么会在同一个句子里呢？
原来不是说用过去完成时表示两个动作的，先发生的一个动作用完成时吗？上面是怎么回事？请求详细解答。谢谢！

第一句话 第一个had是过去完成时had done。第二个had是过去分词
第二句话 因为是用and连接，所以两句话合并之后my dentist 成了共同的主语。 其实两个had没有冲突

呵呵，这时have的特殊用法。

根据上下文的时间，可以理解为“已经发生的----过去的事情叙述”。
