我单击菜单里面的那个运行任务 输入cmd 怎么系统说找不到该程序？
是怎么回事？
我该怎样搞出来？

从别人那里拷一个就行了。
或者：

提示找不到c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
搜索或者到C:\WINDOWS\system32找到"regedit.exe",改名为"regedit.com",双击运行，
在 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
中找到"cmd.exe"、"msconfig.exe"、"regedit.exe"、"regedit32.exe"四个项目（名称应该都差不多）全部删 掉，
关闭注册表编辑器， 刷新，
将"regedit.com"改回"regedit.exe",
完成。
