摘要：自中国与欧共体建立正式外交关系以来，中欧双边的政治，经济，文化不断发展。特别是近些年来，随着中国经济的发展和对外开放的扩大，中国与欧盟国家的经贸关系日趋密切，双边贸易额不断增加，欧盟对华投资也日益频繁，逐渐扩大到各个领域。本文阐述了中国与欧盟在经贸合作中取得的成就，存在的问题等；分析欧盟在当今世界所处地位，对外经济政策的实施，以及中国的应对。作者认为，中国与欧盟存在更大的合作空间，有潜力大规模的发展双边合作，并就新形式下的欧中合作提出几点建议。
