1.B that引导同位语从句，解释说明call的内容，根据名词性从句的时态依照主句时态原则，所以排除A 过去完成时表示动作发生在过去的过去，这个句子明显是说她打算回家吃饭。自然c 也排除，主句是过去时，从句也该是，除非从句是对于真理的叙述用一般现在时。
这个题最迷惑的是D ，如果用d 就表示她回家吃饭，没有b好，因为be about to do sth 表示打算做某事。
