in recent years,with the development of global manufacture,Supply Chain Management is widespread applied in runing of enterprises,have became a new management conception and mode. because of the fierce competiton of international market,the uncertain of customers and the infulence of technique rapidly developed,supply chain mangement have become the hotspot that all the enterprises pay attention to.

this paper followed the basic conception and the main content of supply chain management,point out the supply chain management's influence to the different fields of enterprises ,then put forward and make an analysis on the influence to enterprises' performances of the supply chain management. finally point out the conflict in the existing runing mode of the enterprises and the idea of supply chain management , advanced a way to improve the traditional management of our country's enterprises.
