this article introduces a teaching performance evaluation system.Having studied and analysed many conventional ways of teaching performance evaluation,using IT technology,the author of this article developed such a system that can reduce the burden of instructional managerial staff and improve operating efficiency,giving schools a useful tool to dynamically monitor the quality of teaching and evaluate the performance of teachers.comparing to the conventional evaluation systems,this system has the following merits:the high speed of accessing data,the high efficiency,convenience.compring to the network evaluation system ,the advantage of this system is the acurracy and reliability of data.in addation ,this system can backup the original data. this article generally introduces the implement of every functions in this system and explains the difference between network teaching evaluation systems and the conventional teaching evaluation systems .
