Teenagers always go to bed late at night and can't get up early in the morning.But it's not because they are lazy.It is because of the way their bodys work.There are ways to help teenagers make a sleep timetable,then they won't be tired.
Everybody has a body clock.It influences sleep cycles.The human body follows the 24-hour body clock. Before puberty,most children go to bed at 8or9 o'clock It makes children go to bed at 11o'clock or later. They learn better late at night.Most teenagers need to sleep for nine hours a night.But few get much sleep.They spend much time on their homework.Infact,most than 25percent of teenagers say that they sleep for 6hours a night.
Sleepingmore durning the weekends seems right. But it doesn't help much.In fact,it can influence your body clock.If you go tobed early, you may only lie in bed awake for hours.
What can you do ? Do the following!Make a timetable.You should go to bed and get up at the same time every day
