I saw the Christmas gift you've brought,I have discussed with Max and we'd like to transmit to Mr Weimin Tang who is going to leave. Do you think it's ok?

语法问题不太大，就是太中国化了。
我觉得可以这样写：
I had reached the Christmas gift from you yesterday,thank you .I have discussed with Max and we'd like to transmit the gift to Mr Weimin Tang ,because he is going to leave us. Do you think it is a good idea?

没什么问题，如果非要严谨的话，把第一个逗号改成句号或者and

transmit to Mr Weimin Tang- give it to Mr Weimin Tan
