(a) Fill-Rate details the number of orders received each day, the number and percentage of orders shipped the day the order was received, the number and percentage of orders shipped within 72 hours of receipt, and the number of orders that have not shipped. Fill rates are calculated as follows: the total number of orders submitted divided into the total number of shipments of those orders within 72 hours. Ninety Eight percent (98%) of all part orders received by SELLER shall be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of the Part order from BUYER (or its designee), excluding Saturdays, Sundays and locally recognized holidays.
