摘要：本文是针对国际贸易中的反倾销现状和我国的应对策略进行讨论。改革开放以来，我国对外贸易不断增长，在国际舞台上的地位日益上升。但近些年来，我国产品频繁遭受反倾销调查，并多次被征收高额的反倾销税，在一定程度上影响了我国出口贸易的进一步发展。因此，了解和掌握国际贸易的现状及法规，研究分析国外对我国反倾销现状及原因，并提出相应的应对策略对我国企业更好地适应入世规则和促进我国经济发展都具有十分重要的现实意义。

Abstract:
The thesis discusses the anti-dumping status quo in international trade and China’s tactics on the issue. Since the reform and opening up, China has seen a sharp rise on foreign trade, which promotes its position on the international arena. However, in recent years, Chinese products have constantly been involved in anti-dumping investigations and levied huge amount of anti-dumping taxation, which affects China’s import and export development. Therefore, it is significantly practical for China’s enterprises to better adapt to the regulations of WTO entry and enhance Chinese economic growth by apprehending the status quo of international trade and its regulations as well and laws, researching and analyzing the status
