UC知道maya出现这样的问题怎么办？

出现一这样的对话框。
shelf error
the shelf'curves'has that cannot be read.
the shelf will only display the befroe the first unreadable item it finds.
if you start maya and save this shelf then you will lose the unreadable items.
this will happen automatically if you have your preferences set to save the shelves on exit.
两个选择 continue quit maya

打错了几个单词！o(∩_∩)o...
出错时弹出的对话框第一句应该是The shelf'Custom'has items that cannot be read.
这时选择continue就会没反应，如果选择quit Maya就会弹出Script Editor对话框，对话框中会提示你找不到Custom工具架
将我的文档中的Maya安装目录全部删除，再重新启动Maya
