在科技型的企业中,人力资源是企业的核心要素。企业的管理层应当根据自身的实际情况,设计出符合自身发展的一系列培训方案并付诸实施。在实施的过程中,可能会走入一些不确定的误区,企业的管理者应该及时加以控制,对不确定情况给出解决方案,在修正过程中不断完善培训方案。
本文在充分认识国内外企业的培训现状及其实施的误区之后,最后得出四点结论:1、在观念上正确认识培训工作的必要性、可行性,应该认识培训是一种投资,并且是一种比其他资源收益更高的可回收投资;2、进行全员培训甚至是企业的整条价值链培训,才能避免出现“木桶原理”;3、逐步完善企业的培训制度;4、使培训与企业战略规划和员工的职业生涯相结合。
希望此文对企业实施培训有一定的借鉴作用和实际意义。
