个人认为应该选B，表示在某个点看还不错，而不是说在远处看都很不错。楼主有否明白这个意思？特意强调一个点，而不是一个距离段~~~~

distance 在不同搭配结构时,表达的含义不一样.
这里,指看官如果离得远看和接近看的区别,移动的是看官,指看官(例如我们)离画很远,故选from a distance=at a distance 而不选A in the distance(用此,详见下,指画离我们很远了;结合后句,画其实是不动的,意思不符)~~!!(详见下面原文注释）
―― at a distance一般加一定的距离数量,表一定数量的距离;此只指足够远,无具体距离要求;at a distance 不加具体距离的时候跟from a distance是近义的,可互换,此选。
――within a distance指在一定距离内,原句没有距离限制,故不选D.
