There are basically two ways to get work done. First is working individually and the other is working in a team.
Both of them have their advantages. For working individually, you can arrange your time by yourself; of course it is very free. However, you must solve all of the problems, and you must consider them deeply. So sometimes it is very hard for you, and it is difficult for you to escape from making mistakes. The second way to get work done is working in a team. In this way, you can discuss questions together, and you can study from other people.
In my opinion, working in a team is a better way to get work done. With the work getting more and more complex, only team work can finish a task perfectly. There no doubt that working in a team will become a mainstream in the social development.
