摘要：公益广告在我国二十年的发展历史中，已经成为社会舆论导向的重要组成部分，而且提高了观众的道德素养和生活品质。农夫集团重视企业的公益事业，借此提高品派的知名度，而且企业的健康形象也在消费者心中树立起来。本文以农夫集团的公益广告行为来阐述公益广告在社会文化中所起的功能和作用。

Abstract: The public service advertisement has already not only became the significant factor in guiding the public opinion in the 20 years developing history of our country, but also enhanced the audience's moral accomplishment and the life quality. The Farmer group always pays attention to the public utility, increases its own reputation, consequently, the enterprise's healthy image has been established in the consumers' heart. This paper investigated the function and the role of the public service in the social culture, by analyzing the Farmer group's public service advertizing behavior.
