She dosen't have children。
She hasn't children。
这两句通用吗？

时态不一样！doesn't have 是说“没有”，是现在时。而haven't是说“到现在为止还没有”，是现在完成时，所以说两者是不一样的

dosen't have 中，have作为行为动词，如see，take等；
hasn't中，has作为有动词可以直接加not，用法类似于be动词。
这句话表达她没有孩子的意思，应该是有动词，
使用She hasn't children。 类似于，She hasn't books.
