摘要：近些年来，随着国家对农业生产的投入逐步加大，粮食生产和供给逐年好转，我国已由过去的供给不足，发展成为供需平衡有余，部分主产区出现过剩。这标志着我国粮食生产供求已由卖方市场向买方市场转变，中国的粮食已开始进入基本平衡与年际间波动并存的阶段。本文运用安徽省粮食数据，通过格兰杰因果检验，对安徽省粮食生产年际波动的影响因素进行实证分析，研究发现单产波动是粮食总产量波动的主要原因，面积波动位居其次。影响单产波动的重要因素是自然灾害，因此，保持粮食市场平衡供给需要在储备粮规模上做科学规划。但稳定粮食收购价格和化肥投入、增加有效灌溉面积和防洪耕地面积，可以减小粮食产量的波动幅度。
