to whom you just taiked 是定语从句，相当于whom you just talked to

The person （主语）【to whom you just taiked】（定语从句） is（谓语） Mr Li.（表语）

【to whom you just taiked】=whom you just talked to(刚刚和你说话的那个人)

这里把to sb(whom) 提到前面了
the person是主语
to whom you just talksd是修饰他的
is Mr. Li 这就不用说了吧
