我是中国留学生chao yang.现就读于SIBT。需要办理转学手续。
我于今年7月在语言班就读10周，后进入SIBI已有半年时间，
期间，按时到校学习，但是成绩一直不理想，
我总是要花费比其他学生多一倍的时间完成作业，对于我来讲，学校的课程对于我来说难度太大了，我在这种环境下倍感压力。这学期的期末考试很难及格。应为这个原因，我与父母亲属商量决定转学，学习西厨课程，我想对于我的学习能力和英语水平更加适合。希望贵教育部尽快办理退学费的相关事宜，以免给我的生活造成不便。不胜感激，谢谢！
